Please note that all PPE and uniform requests made through this portal are recorded and retained on each requesters personnel file. RDS reserves the right to refuse any request if it is deemed unnecessary or if there is reason to believe the portal is being misused.
All orders will be despatched to the requesters preferred address as held on record. Once dispatched, it is the requesters responsibility to track and take delivery of the item(s). Failure to accept or collect dispatched items that result in restocking or redelivery charges will result in those charges being passed on the requester.
Please allow a minimum of 2-3 weeks from the point of order for delivery.
Reminder: PPE and uniform replenishment is the responsibility of the requester. You are expected to manage and reorder your items in a timely manner to ensure adequate personal stock is maintained and to avoid any shortfall.
